Whenever I log in, the system says, ‘Your account has been frozen.’ How should I resolve this issue?

This indicates that your account has been frozen because you might have canceled your registration or deactivated your GSTIN in the GST Common Portal. Please visit the GST Common Portal (www.gst.gov.in) to find the status of your GSTIN under the ‘Search Taxpayer’ tab. If you can log in on the GST portal but not on the E-invoice portal, please lodge your grievance at https://selfservice.gstsystem.in/.
