There is an option in the https://einvoice1.gst.gov.in portal under the registration menu as ‘e-Invoice Enablement.’ Select and enter any GSTIN of the Company, get the OTP authenticated, enter the turnover with the related financial year, and submit. You are enabled for the e-invoicing and login and register. If you want sandbox access, you can try on the sandbox after one day.
