ASPs are software service providers who route the GST data of their clients to the GST System through GSPs (GST Suvidha Providers). There is no empanelment for ASP. The software company needs to tie up with a GSP to push its clients’ data to GST System or download its clients’ data from the GST System. As far as IRP is concerned, it will create no separate category of GSP/ASP for access to IRP.
